Aaron Swimmer's practice focuses on business, property and condominium issues, often involving bankruptcy, foreclosure, landlord tenant issues and employment matters. He has represented condominium association boards both for and against claims of fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and condominium turnover disputes. Mr. Swimmer has also represented clients in product warranty claims, trademark disputes, securities issues, business partnership disputes, business formations, municipal code enforcement and provided pro bono representation to a number of clients.

Currently, in addition to legal representation with Swimmer Law Associates P.A., he is the owner and President of Swimmer Associates Inc., a real estate and debt/equities investment fund and Vice President of Zuniga-Swimmer Properties, a real estate brokerage and management firm, all headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida. Before pursuing law, he was CEO and shareholder of Cavert Wire Co. Inc., America’s largest manufacturer and distributor of baling wire for the waste and recycling industries. Throughout his fifteen years with the firm the company employed at times over one hundred fifty union and non-union employees. During his tenure as CEO he instituted and oversaw a dramatic increase of the company’s revenues and manufacturing capacity with the construction, start-up and continuing operations of three state-of-the-art steel wire manufacturing factories.  During this same period Mr. Swimmer also designed, developed and constructed The Lodge at Chalk Hill, a sixty-one unit, thirty-seven acre hotel and lodge complex, and managed thirteen years of continuing operations. This biography, along with his legal education, gives Mr. Swimmer a broad range of personal experiences upon which to draw to advise and assist clients. He is a hands on legal and business advisor with sophisticated knowledge of instituting legal action, negotiations, financing, contracts, directing construction projects, as well as, start-up and continuing operation of both manufacturing and service firms.
