We are available to help with the initial set up of association procedures, handling construction/capital improvement projects or developing effective rules and regulations. Accounting-Only
Smaller associations often find that it is not cost-effective to retain full-service, professional management for their community.  However, those same associations often find it difficult to recruit volunteers to handle the daunting task of managing the books of the association (assessment collection, bill payment, delinquencies, etc.) Swimmer Associates, Inc. is available to handle the accounting function of your association at a a cost far less than full service management.  Contact us for a quote on accounting services for your association. 

Building Maintenance and Operations
Available on an as-requested basis, Swimmer Associates, Inc. has the knowledge and resources to address all regular building maintenance and operational needs through our in-house staff and/or thoroughly researched list of sub-contractors.  However, our clients are never under obligation to use Swimmer Associates, Inc. for these services.
